Great Appliance
Great product easy function buttons. The only problem is it arrived severely damaged. It was damaged due Shipp. Appears something extremely large and heavy was dropped on it.

Rusting inside after a few months
I have had this for 5 months. Bought it in Sept 2020. And it is rusting inside., along seams. NEVER had that happen before. Terrible!!!

    I wish I could get a refund or exchange!!!!

    You get what you pay for. I got this microwave as a replacement for same model purchased less than 11 months ago. I wanted 1.1 cubic Ft microwave but had to have certain dimensions. This microwave was perfect fit. I like the microwave but expected the first one to last longer than it did (less than 11 mos) Hamilton Beach sorry told me to take it back to local Walmart for exchange of which I did. They only had one left like the first microwave. Box was a little damaged which i couldn't feel any damage. Got home, unpacked it, and no damage where box was damaged. BUT, THE SIDE OF MICROWAVE WAS DENTED. And box was in good shape on side where microwave was damaged. Think Hamilton Beach needs to put a little more effort into packing. Needless to say, I'm keeping this one since it was last one. Microwave seems to work. If this one dies (both this one and first one I purchased additional 2 year service plan), I'm pitching it and will find and even pay a more money for one that fits my needs. P.S.... local Walmart return employee/ manager were great on this exchange, friendly, and understanding, thank you. They didn't understand why Hamilton Beach had me return it back to Walmart since I had service plan on it.

    Cheap, but works
    Six months of light, regular use and the interior light is no longer working, and the numbers are already rubbing off on the keypad. It heats the food, but I am not happy with my purchase.

    Worse experience buying from Walmart

    It is sleek! It fits in a smaller but powerful.
    We have owed this for two weeks. This is a perfect machine. It heats up coffee in a min and a half. It is powerful. The white lettering is nice and the push door is very nice feature. It is easy to open and doesnt slid away when you open the door. The best microwave we had and the price was perfect. My wife and I are happy.

    Bought twice and failed
    Worked great for 3 months before it completely died, exchanged it for another identical microwave and that started failing after 3 months. would not recommend it as the first one could have been a freak thing but after second one, it has to be junk.

    Excellent Buy
    I have only had this Microwave about a week, but so far so good. I like the black number key pad, you can see the numbers and letters much better than my white one I had. Also this micro stops beeping once you open the door after heating up food. My other one wouldn't shut up for a good minute. (the other one was a Magic Chef it started rusting on the top inside of the unit). Since we had the rusting problem with the old one, we leave the door open for a few minutes on the new one. It was delivered fast, Thank You Wal-Mart. There was no dents in it, we checked everyspot. No dents. Love it. And knowing that if something goes wrong, I have 90 days to return. Very inexpensive. I hope to get at least 5 years or more out of this one. The last one we only had less than a year and a half. Very Good Buy.
