So far so good
For the price, I believe I got a pretty good value. The phone does have a few scratches on the screen and the battery life was 83%, but it was the lowest price anywhere. So I'm happy.

Highly upset and disappointed with purchase
The phone is covered in scratches all over the outside and the screen has some scratches and the box it came in was all beaten up I'am never buying from them again I'm making sure of that,they should be ashamed of selling a phone that beaten up and battered I bought my other iPhone X used and it was in mint condition

    Ridiculous! You didn't include the power adapter plug Now I have to return and get a new one which is so inconvenient because now my daughter will nit get her Xmas gift on time

    The phone came in on time not a scratch on it I couldn't even tell that it had been used before. The packaging came with a carrier package with a Sims card and a 30 day free Data service called Ting but when I tried to activate it with all the information that it came with and number that was on the card it said it was unable to activate for some reason… also the carrier ting doesn't have a customer service hotline so there was really not much I could do.

    Good Phone.
    I have not used the phone quite yet, because it is a Christmas gift for my daughter. However, I did check it out. It is in great condition! I do not see any cracks or chips. I can write another review whenever we turn it on and get it working!

    Not going to buy refurbished again!
    Phone worked for about a week and a half but would barely hold a charge. Eventually it stopped charging or turning on completely. I tried different cords with it as the cord they sent me didn't work with this phone or any of my other devices. I checked with a couple phone repair places and it would have cost 500 dollars to even consider trying to fix it. Super disappointed!

    This product is good for the price. I purchased the iPhone X 4 days ago and I see no problems. It came with the phone of course, a charger, a screen protector already on, and a case! The touch screen feature works fine and speaker quality is good. It came with minor scratches like it said it would, but they are not really noticeable! The only minor scratch it came with was on the bottom of the screen which i dont mind, the only way its noticeable is if you turn off your phone. The battery maximum was 88%, but I was able to charge my phone to 100%! I would say Im really content, and I would recommend to buy this product if you need an upgrade! By the way I purchased the IPhone X space gray! Also dont expect yours to turn out like how mine did. There will always be different outcomes when receiving the iPhone. Always worth a try!, and if you're not satisfied, you can always return it!
