Headphone Jack is faulty.
The packaging on the controller box looked like it had already been opened and the controller was very dusty for being “brand new” on the inside. Besides that, I’ve needed a new controller for months so when this one arrived I’ve been babying it, making sure not to drop it etc. Well I’ve had it for 15ish days and the audio was getting really really staticy so I checked the headphone Jack by wiggling the cord and the cord will move around inserted into the controller. These are not supposed to move even a single millimeter. The audio now drives me crazy because it cuts in and out when I’m playing games or talking with friends. I expected way better quality from a controller that’s “brand new”

    I bought a Pulse red (Xbox) controller-less than 60 days, and it already does not work. I purchased the protection plan, and Walmart told me I must go through the manufacturer's warranty. Think twice when purchasing the protection plan.

    Defunct X Box One Controller
    It started to go out of whack like it lost control on the menu screen for Madden 22 on my PC and I took the batteries out and put another pair in. It didn’t help so I figured the controller took a dive and is defective. I even used Windows 10 Controller Config and still didn’t work right. I am returning this one and getting another XBox One Controller at the Supercenter soon.

    Works fine, shipping box was damaged though.
    Controller works fine, no complaint there. However the package in which it came was opened by force for whatever reason. Found that a little weird but like i said, the controller works fine.

    Take better care with packaging
    I hope this is a brand new item because it is a gift for my son. The condition of the box/packaging is very poor. It looks like it was thrown around and stomped on.

    Everyone deserves a second chance!
    I had ordered one from Walmart before and the joystick had a drift to it, so I was hesitant about ordering a new one and honestly, it makes my gaming a lot better. Good job for winning me back! - Definitely recommend this controller!!

    Perfection of design and function.
    Fantastic piece of tech. Simplicity and attention to detail married in the forms of a perfect video game controller. I'd prefer a tamer color, but this one was on sale, lol.
