It does all the work for you
I thought this was something where I could change the settings and set my own speed, resistance, etc and pedal manually...nope. Apparently this is only all automatic. It says it has a manual mode, but it's just to manually change the speed. This device literally moves your feet / legs for you. You don't actually put forth any effort. I guess if that's what you're looking for then great!

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/29/2021Movement without thoughtI am extremely overweight for my 5'3" frame. Both of my knees need replacing and one leg does not even straighten out at this point. I originally thought this elliptical could be manual as well as electric but it is not. The electric is best for me now because of the terrible shape my knees are in and my weight, it gives me movement which has been lacking. I will eventually need to purchase a manual elliptical after losing some weight and before having my knees replaced so I can gain more flexibility and strength in both of my legs. I am happy with the product.Karen

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/23/2021Great price great machinePrice was lowest. I purchased one from and TV shopping channel. I loved it used it for a few weeks paid $200 for it then I saw this one at Walmart, same machine for almost $100 less so I sent the $200 one back and got this one. Only difference is the remote is white on this one.BARBARA

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/21/2021Under desk elliptical exerciser. This mini elliptical is solidly built. It is quite heavy to move around. The control panel on the machine isn't always responsive. When I press a button, I don't always get a result. The remote has worked consistently. It's easy and comfortable to use. The variable speeds allow my 93 year old mother to use it at 1 mph and me at 4mph. Except for control panel glitch, I like it a lot.rhonda

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/29/2020This is great!I bought this Elliptical bike because I had 2 knee surgeries that went bad and now cant walk. I am always complaining of stiff knees. Ive been doing the bike for over a week straight, and I dont have that stiff feeling anymore, and its great for your circulation. I only wish I had bought one a long time ago!! Its quiet, and you can watch TV and it does the work for you! Luv it!Deepsea4
